Our dresses are designed with versatility in mind, allowing you to mix and match elements to create your perfect look. We offer four different sleeve types and three different skirt styles, so you can customise your dress to suit your style and needs. Once you’ve chosen your size, a window will pop up with the sleeve, skirt and bust options.
 
Sleeves
The medieval-inspired sleeve is designed with a graceful curve in the front for ease of movement and practicality. This sleeve captures the elegance of historical fashion while remaining functionality. We have added button holes to this sleeve which allow you to tie the sleeve at the front, allowing even more functionality and a little bit of customisation. This sleeve works best in the linen fabric, as it is nice and flowy.
 
The shorter puff sleeve comes in 2 options. Elasticated for ease of movement, or tie-up, which is both stylish and adjustable.
 
The butterfly sleeve is a sleeve for every occasion, comfortable and unencumbering, it is a style for those that like a simplicity.
 
Skirts
The gored skirt can feature splits on each side at the front, adding a dynamic flair to the design. The splits come with buttonholes and ties, allowing you to adjust the height for extra modesty or style versatility. Choose the gored skirt to remove the splits for a more modest and versatile option.
 
The short gored skirt is just like the gored skirt, though the length is a little above the knee. Still a practical length for everyday activities.
The circle skirt offers a full sweep design, perfect for those who love maximum "swoosh" and flow with every step.
 
POCKETS!
All skirt styles come with enormous pockets—big enough to easily fit a large modern phone, making them as practical as they are beautiful.
 
Bust options
A new larger bust option has been added! This option is great if you’re a little larger in the chest. Because of the way our bust gathers and the adjustable top design, smaller chest sizes can choose the larger bust option for a little extra coverage without any risk of gaping.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR 100% LINEN OR COTTON-LINEN BLEND DRESS
At Wanderer's Wares, we proudly use only natural fabrics in our dresses, which are made from either 100% linen or a blend of cotton and linen. Unlike synthetic materials like polyester, which are derived from plastic, our natural fabrics are breathable, biodegradable, and sustainable. To help your dress last as long as possible and retain its beautiful qualities, follow these care instructions:
 
Washing: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water, using a mild detergent. Cold water helps protect the natural fibres in both 100% linen and cotton-linen blends. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they can weaken the fabric over time.
 
Avoid Heat: Both 100% linen and cotton-linen blend fabrics are sensitive to high heat, which can cause shrinking, brittleness, or damage. Heat can also cause the colours to fade over time, affecting the vibrancy of the fabric. For this reason, always wash in cold water and avoid tumble drying or hot ironing. For best results, avoid direct sunlight when air drying, as it can cause colours to fade.
 
Drying: Air drying is the best method for both linen and cotton-linen blend garments. It helps preserve the fabric's integrity and prevents fading caused by heat. After washing, gently shake out your dress and hang it on a hanger while still damp. This allows the garment to dry in its natural shape and reduces the need for ironing.
 
Ironing (If Needed): If a smooth look is desired, you can iron your dress while it’s still slightly damp, using a medium heat setting. However, if you hang your dress immediately after washing, you’ll likely find that wrinkles are minimal, and ironing may not be necessary.
 
By following these care instructions, your 100% linen or cotton-linen blend dress will maintain its beautiful texture and shape, becoming softer with every wear.
