RETURNS POLICY

At Wanderer's Wares, all garments are made to order, following our commitment to sustainable practices and minimising waste. As such, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns but provide store credit and repair options in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for faulty garments.

 

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer store credit for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return Condition: The garment must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Credit Issued: Once the return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the full purchase price (excluding shipping).

 

Please note: Customised or altered garments are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

 

FAULTY GARMENTS POLICY

We are committed to providing high-quality garments. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we offer a 90-day faulty garment policy.

  • Faulty Garment Period: 90 days from the date of delivery.

  • Repair or Replacement: For minor faults, we will repair the garment or replace it with the same item. If the item is no longer available, store credit will be provided.

 

For major faults (such as a significant defect that cannot be repaired, or a garment that is unsafe or not as described), you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation in line with ACL. If a major fault is confirmed, we will follow your preferred course of action.

Please contact us with details and images of the defect, and we will arrange for the garment to be returned for inspection.
